Gab Creek Jim Buck is the fourth generation Primavera Morgan I have personally known. I knew Primavera Valdez, bred by Dick and Phyllis Nelson at Mohican Farms in Ohio, when he was in California with Carol Simpson. I stood his son PKR Primavera Brio here at Gab Creek Farm until he passed away and am standing his own son, Gab Creek Golden Vaquero now. Vaquero sired Jim Buck who is named in honor of my maternal great grandfather, Jim Buck Mosely. Jim Buck (AKA J.B.) has the height and substance of his grandfather, Brio, and so reminds me of Brio that I tell anyone who asks that he is "Brio in a bay coat". He has good bone and movement and will stand with his first mares spring 2024 when he is five. He has Brio's big eyes. J. B. Has the highest concentration of Primavera Blood of any horse living of which I am aware.
